Chul Pak

  • Chul Pak is a partner in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's antitrust practice, where he focuses on antitrust litigation, mergers, and counseling. Chul defends clients in class actions, competitor lawsuits, and complex multi-district litigations across the United States. His litigation practice includes the representation of manufacturers, services companies, and technology firms. Chul also counsels companies in mergers and non-merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice, and numerous state attorneys general.

    Recognized consistently by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business for his antitrust practice in New York, sources describe Chul as “very smart” with an “easy demeanor about him that puts the court at ease even in high-tension and high stress situations.” Clients also remark that he “knows how to read the room and has a great ability to draw the court in.”

    Prior to joining the firm, Chul served as the assistant director of the Mergers IV Division at the Federal Trade Commission. In that role, Chul supervised a 25-attorney team responsible for investigating mergers and acquisitions across a wide spectrum of industries, including consumer goods (food and beverages), retail stores (supermarkets, department stores, and other retail venues), cable and related media entertainment, and hospitals. Chul also represented the FTC in numerous high-profile trials in federal court and the FTC's internal administrative adjudication tribunal.

Roger Park

  • Roger Park is EY Americas Innovation Leader and a member of the Americas Operating Executive Board and US Executive Committee. In this role, he is responsible for leading and overseeing all major innovation initiatives for the firms in North America, South America, and Israel. He works hand in hand with the leadership of our Assurance, Consulting, Strategy & Transactions, and Tax practices to unlock, activate, and harness our innovation capital to accelerate business transformation within the firm and for our clients.

    At the center of EY’s Integrated Innovation Ecosystem, Roger has purview over emerging technologies and early stage innovation across all key sectors, including Financial Services; Health and Life Sciences; Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunication; Consumer Products & Retail; Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility; Energy Oil & Gas; and Government and Public Sector. He also oversees EY Americas Innovation Network of 80+ innovation centers and hubs with more than 5,000 innovators and a portfolio of over 3,000 reusable assets and solutions.

    Roger regularly engages with senior client executives, industry thought leaders, and often speaks at conferences on the topic of enterprise innovation, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.

Suok Noh

  • Suok Noh is a Co-founder and Managing Partner of Anchorvest, an alternative asset manager that provides a range of investment solutions, including fixed income, equity, multi-asset, and alternative investments, to both institutional and private clients.

    Before Anchorvest, Suok spent over 27 years at Goldman Sachs, where he started as a Mortgage Strategist and eventually as the Managing Director of the Fixed-Income Division. He structured over $30 billion of asset-backed securities during his early years at Goldman Sachs. He was also a founding member of the Asian Special Situation Group (ASSG), which focused on distressed investment opportunities. Suok gained recognition for his ability to price and manage multiple asset classes, and he led the team that became South Korea and Thailand’s first successful distressed debt investors. Following his success in Asia, Suok returned to New York, where he built a highly profitable trading platform for the credit derivatives business, again earning patents for his innovative ideas and contributions. He returned to the Mortgage Department, managing teams in structuring & analytics, asset management, and trading, before retiring from Goldman Sachs in 2016. Suok began his professional career as a senior engineer for Allied Signal Aerospace, leading the R&D team for digital map display systems used in military aircraft. He received several patents for his innovative work.

    Suok resides in New York City with his wife, Brigette, and their three daughters. He has been actively involved with several nonprofit organizations, including the Korean American Community Foundation (KACF) and the Network of Korean-American Leaders (NetKAL). Suok holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
